Hey everyone
I just completed 200hrs on my st30 and am now looking to tune up the brightness, contrast and sharpness. Should i imidiately tune up to initial settings or do it progressively?
I like the cinema mode so want to revert back the settings which was there before i turned it to low.
Also i was running tv on zoom3 to remove channel and stb logo from screen for any IR.

The resason i am so hysterical is to know if there are chances of any IR/Burn in after the initial breakin period.

Other than reducing contrast and turning on pixel orbiter, I did not do anything else. I have clocked nearly 400 hours on my ST50. There is no sign of IR, leave aside Burn-in.

I haven't got to callibration as yet. But I am enjoying low contrast settings. I tried reseting to factory for "normal" mode (contrast = 50). Didn't like it. We watch in light controlled environment and hence prefer low contrast, low brightness. Various websites have recommended high contrast (65 or so). Callibration will be highly individualistic.
