My confusion might be a bit uncommon as it is not concerning to any technical specifications.Thought i have zeroed down to panasonic X30 after doing a lot of research in many shops, but then i need a good reason not to buy that tv.The reason is that my mother and my sister wants to buy a large screen tv, most probably because most of their friends have large screen tv at home. I have seen lcd and plasma in many of my freinds house, but i did not like the picture quality(cable channels) as compared to my 29" crt tv.Tv in my house is only used for soaps and serials and occational movies that also in sonymax,starplus etc so no hd movies.
My question is that, is it worth spending such a premium amount on this tv?
The users of plasma and lcd, did you have the same level of interest after 2 or 3 months?
I would really appritiate if someone could give me a good reason not to buy the tv as my mom is planning to buy it within a few weeks time.
