I read somewhere that 99% Isopropyl alcohol works well and will not damage the PCB..

Can I just rinse the entire board in this stuff ?

i use deoxit, its amazing, i will not prefer WD40. some people likes it, but i always use deoxit and it gives me very good results. purchase done from usa.

According to me it is safe to use IPA (Isopropyl) to clean PCB, just make sure it is completely evaporated before you power ON, i would also say to avoid using it on transformer or inductors which has winding and it might damage internal insulation.

u can try CRC co contact cleaner, i purchased in oman, i hope same available in dubai.

It is safe to use IPA on pcb . I would not use WD40 for cleaning inards of amp or any hifi equipment.
IPA is available (unbranded) in most electronic parts stores in India and is ver cheap . I buy it in Ahmedabad at around Rs 60-70 for 100 ml bottle.

Found a contact cleaner called Tribocor TC22, saw some positive reviews in earlier posts. If you are in India i guess the options are limited
