I m thinking of getting a DAC from divineaudio UK.

I read on this forum few buyers discussing abut MF VDAC II...

Wud getting MF M1DAC invite any import duty? anyone have experience???

any better source to get that DAC?

Price differential btw amazon n divine audio uk is juz abut the import duty...

MF M1DAC will definitely attract import duty. Event Vdac will do the same.. Out Govt is not that lenient.

My V-LPS got through free. A little bit cheaper, true, but the DAC will be packed the same --- and unless the customs guy who looks at it really knows his stuff, you may get the advantage that M-F's packing, and the simple postal envelope, make it looks like a really cheap item!

The despatch costs from Divine on my V-LPS cancelled out the VAT saving. The price I saw on their site is what I paid delivered.
