Denon 1312xp or Onkyo 3400?

Hi all,
Onkyo 3400 or denon 1312xp? Confused.. Actually in this forum most people suggest to get Onkyo 3400. But which is the best and upgradable in future? I heard that denon receiver is better than Onkyo.
Now I need you people support on this. Which is best? Also plz suggest dealers for denon in chennai?

In that segment, Onkyo 3400 is better. And as you said Denon Recievers are good, Yes they are ,,, but not in the low segment like that of 1312 ... here the Onkyo 3400 wins away the denon 1312xp

3400 is not having active sub option so speakers cannot be updgraded, where as denon 1312xp can be upgraded and gives a good 1312 AVR as well

And rest assured... that will feel like upgrading the 1312XP speakers as soon as you look at them and hear them... they are useless. My 2 year old 390XP speakers are 10 times better than these.

My advice is to go for 1612 or 1312 AVR and a 5.1 speaker set.
