Denon AVR 390 Need to replace for new AVR

Hello:
I have a 15year old Denon AVR 390 which has now started giving issues like sound output on 5 channels stops coming and only sub woofer works. Since its run too long i am thinking to change the same. Although i prefer to use the same speakers of Denon which came along with the AVR. Please guide me on options available?

Denon AVR-3800. Else go for Marantz Model 40/50.
Midpriced, i'd suggest to go for a prepro and amp combo - my asipartional one is Emotiva BASX 13.2 and a suitable amp.

Thanks for the revert. Although the system i have is 5.1 channels and want to use the same speakers of 60 watt per channel and 75watt sub woofer with the new AVR or Amp. My requirement is only for Audio and dont need anything for Video.
