Denon AVR-391 5.1 Feedback

Hi guys,

Need feedback on Denon AVR-391 5.1 over Yamaha AVR - 465...

Does Denon AVR-391 lack 1080p Up scaling? can this 75w/per channel Receiver drive wharfedale diamond 9.2 speakers to its full potential as these speakers are 100w/6 ohms

It may be able to do an acceptable job, but as far as music is concerned, a stereo Norge 2000 or perhaps even 2060 should do a better job.

If you want to go for music, get a stereo receiver like Marantz 5003 for 20k.

This Denon won't compete with a 20k stereo receiver from a good brand.

But for movies, it may do a decent job. Perhaps better than the Yamaha.
