Denon x-1400h output transistor needs equilant

Hi friends,
My denon x-1400h av receiver went to protection mode. After checked all speaker sand found good, it still on protection mode. After I checked output transistors, one of the Darlington transistor found short. It was a Darlington transistor 2SD 2390. I searched here in India everywhere, but couldn't find one. It was a complimentary pair with 2SB1560. So now i want to replace both with equilant. Anyone have any idea?
