Dolby Atmos through Jio STB or through TV.

I have got a new setup at home with Samsung TV (UA75CU8000 & QA65Q60, both support Dolby Atmos) along with Samsung Q990C Soundbars connected to both. I also got the Jio STBs since I got their internet. However, I read that their STB does not support Dolby Atmos. So while the Soundbar would be connected through eARC, and Jio STB would be connected to the TV, would I have to
- Use Samsung TV to play the OTTs apps to get the optimal audio in the soundbar.
- Or would I be able to get the same quality of audio through the Jio STB as well?

If Jio STB doesn't support Dolby Atmos, you are better off playing TV's OTT apps.

Hello

Use the Samsung TV's built-in OTT apps connected to the Q990C Soundbar via eARC.

The Jio STB connected to the TV will provide standard surround sound, not Dolby Atmos.

I have an old Samsung LCD TV and Sony Home theater system (5.1) and both do not have built in Dolby Atmos feature.

TV Has 4 HDMI Ports and One optical port but do not have ARC or eARC port
Home theater has HDMI ARC (out) port and one optical port

I have a Jio Air fiber STB which does not have an audio out port.

Any chance I can get Dolby Atmos by using any supported gadget like Mi Box or Fire stick or HDMI adapter or extractor etc.??
