Emerson India warranty

Am looking for some info on Emerson India UPS warranty.
Couple of sellers/partners I spoke to mentioned that Emerson does not have warranty in India and that the sellers/partners provide it. How reliable are these guys?
Any advice would be great!

I would like to go with an Emerson Online UPS because of the functionality and statistics it provides, but the warranty doesn't look favourable. And APC has excellent after sales support.

I bought Liebert GXT MT+ CX 3kVA online UPS with inbuilt battery I have received 2 year warranty from Alakrity in Mumbai. I did the installation myself. But their response for demo was very slow. Been using since last 2 months. I only hope that I do not face any issues as these guys seem to be unreliable!

But as such the unit build quality etc., is very good. The cooling fans (70mm x 2) are very noisy (search this forum for more info).
And I suppose APC will cost double.

I checked with a Blore dealer regarding the warranty and he said Liebert gives indian warranty for 2 years.
