Entry Level Home Theater for 25-30k

I am looking for a Home Theater system within 25-30k. It should have HDMI inputs with repeater functionality so that i can connect my PS3 and TS HD box to the reciever and 42" TV directly to reciever.

I almost finalized Onkyo 3300 for around 25k but today i my eyes fell on Denon 391XP on the US website. When i called up ProFX, they claimed 391XP will not be launched in India. Does anyone know is this true ? Because 390XP is available in Croma for around 27k.

Also, is there a comparable system from Yamaha ?

If you really want to but Denon 391xp then buy it from websites like 20north, shoupyourworld, borderlinx....

Yamaha makes good audio receivers not speakers.
