For all Pancham fans, I've compiled a list of HINDI movies which were never released on an individual LP in India. I've used The Gramophone Company of India (HMV) Records Listing for reference. This is a primary list and any addition/deletion/correction is welcome.

Some comments:
Pyar Ki Kahani had 1 EP and 3 SPs (8780, 8781, and 8782 - I have all three)
Charitraheen came in EP only, I think. I haven't seen SPs.
Namak Haraam came in Super 7 also.
Red Rose was EP, not SP.
Teesra Kaun came in Angel EP, I think. Later, of course, Saregama's new digital LP release, combo with Phir Kab Milogi.
Naukri only EP
Trimurti only EP
Do Chor - 1 EP and probably 2 SPs
Bheema, Janam Se Pahle, Khule Aam, Jhoothi Shaan -all had only cassette release.

Sorry, Jhoothi Shaan, Janam Se Pahle, and Khule Aam were released on Cd also later, right? on Melody label?
 
I call Red Rose as SP coz it has one songs per side. Request your opinion on one SP having a cover- can we call it as EP?

Janam Se Pehle is a HMV track. You may get very good versions from saregama website in FLAC or mp3. I have made an ACD in back HamaraCD days.

Jhhoti Shaan, Khule Aaam, Anay Hi Anay have only cassette releases.

Sourav,

SPs had usually 3-4 min recording per side. EPs made it to six minutes per side. Red Rose had only two songs, and both were pressed in their complete versions on either side of the EP. The label too says 45 rpm Extended Play. Which means it is EP, not SP.

I also have Janam Se Pahle in CD format - in combo with Chor Police. I think that's a "nakli" number. Recording is just ok. I will get the good version from hamaracd.

These LPs probably had the EP versions only pressed in combo LPs. Like we have Manzil on LP. Mostly pressed outside India.
Yes it will be good to take a look at the covers.
