Hi Guys,
I have built a NAS at home by using an old HP mini laptop+2 TB USB HDDs by using FreeNAS ( FreeNAS Project - Open Source Storage - FreeNAS Project ).I am using this NAS to stream movies and Cast them by using Chromecast locally with Plex Media Server.
Recently I upgrade my wifi router to increase the wifi speed for streaming fullHD movies.So far the setup is working great.Only 1 thing I missed is I cannot make hp mini laptop as Plex Media server coz it's 32 bit arch
further plan is to update FreeNAS to 64 bit then I can use that box Plex media server as well.
