now why do i find that a little hard to believe???

i had emailed you guys bout a power regenerator, i mentioned a specific model number that i was interested in. first i got a reply quick i must say but giving me details of a completely different model - the most high-end model in the line. after that i emailed you again re-specifying my request and till date (many many months) have not received a reply.

hmmm if the service reflects the brands....
