grey market item from ebay power seller

Is it safe to buy a grey market TV from ebay power seller,. Because i am not able to buy from grey market -bangalore .My father doesn't agree to buy from grey market -BANGALORE.Has anybody already bought grey market TV from ebay power seller. I need suggestion from hifians?

Well buying a grey market product in ebay makes no sense if you have a grey market dealer within your city.
Since the grey market dealer in ebay has to pay ebay some commission it also has shipping charges .The dealer warranty they give is as good as no warranty.since if anything goes wrong you have to return the lcd to them and bare the shipping charges ,they will still charge you for parts.

So its better to buy it in bangalore since you can physically inspect the lcd tv before you buy and its a whole lot cheaper then buying from ebay take for instance the 46cx520 costs around 60k in ebay grey dealer but in bangalore grey dealer it costs 49k or less .
