GT5 Cockpit!

I'm getting a Playseat Limited Edition Gran Turismo 5 Revolution and a Thrustmaster T500RS Wheel. Supposed to land by 11th or 12th. I will post
pics once I have everything set-up.

39k for Wheel( I got a friend to send it to me), already got it. 47k for Rig (from shop your world) not received it yet .

But its the best wheel on the planet as of now, the official GT5 wheel

and great price on the Chair setup btw !

Yup the wheel is expensive, But the performance is superlative, It's everything everyone says it is and more. I am just worried about some issues with hardware failure cropping up in the GTP community.

Three monitor set-up would be cool (drool), for now I can't accommodate anything else in my Tv room . Too many gadgets inside.

This is a fantastic setup. I didnt know madness existed in India. Too bad that it doesnt exist in Mumbai.. Or may be I could be the first?

Could you gimme details from how you got the 2 shipped?
I already have the G25 and have an old DFP (the original gran turismo official wheel, for PS2), but the Thrustmaster is the Pinnacle of awesomeness... I am still interested in getting the Fanatec GT2 Turbo with the clubsport pedals.. Only reason being, I could hook it up even to my 360.. NOT required, but I'd like to have that option of playing next gen Forza on wheel too, hate playing Racing / Driving Games specially the so called sim racer on a 360 gamepad.. I love my G25, dont have any reason to upgrade it now even though it's 2 years old. It's fantastic.. Just need a Playseat.. I've done enough research over the years on gaming cockpits and due to custom issues and weight and shipping and the cost (all gets pretty mad), I actually thought making one would be less of a pain. I already have a chinese hip hugging recaro knock-off available which I'd bought for one of my rally cars, never used it, it's just lying there.. But I know it just won't be as stable as the professionally designed playseat. I'd love to know the process of you getting it.. And as far as competition is concerned: why dont you guys come over to Mumbai (Khopoli) and I'll take you to my Playground :

I got the Thrustmaster direct from Amazon, 38k including shipping and customs. Playseat ordered from Shopyourworld.com 47k incl shipping and customs. Shop your world charges an huge commission though( included in the price)

The Playseat is the Gran Turismo 5 limited edition Revolution model.
