dear dmann,

the sub-sat package is a good one. I have heard this few times before i went in for Harman Kardon AVR 255.

The HKTS 11 is compact and looks good. If you are interested more in watching movies etc.. then this sub sat system is good. ( 70% movies : 30% music ).

If you are not inclined for hassles of lots of auditions for choosing speaker systems and brands and want a nice looking sub sat system for home.. i recommend this. My neighbor has a similar system from HK too.

You may like to combine this with HK AVR's as then you will have the convenience of purchasing from 1 roof. HK AVR's are very good , easy to use , good punchy sound with many features ( check out the AVR 155 or higher models )

Caveat : your ears and wallet are your final judge...
