I was never a Linear track fan. When someone offered to sell a Harman Kardon ST8, I was not interested. But the seller old me it's a different kind of Linear Tracker and I surfed the net and found that it really is a class Linear Track player with a difference. It had a Rabco arm and it is a manual Linear Tracker and you can fit any cart unlike most other Linear Track TTs. Though the price was a bit steep, I decided to buy it. Though it needed full servicing before it could be played, I was fascinated by it's design and I am still excited to have a Linear Track turntable where the movement of the arm is not motor driven but mechanical and the design is a masterpiece . It's controls are all by touch which is also a new experience for me. I have fitted a Grado Green bought from FM Murali and I understand the most suited for the TT. But I decided to commission my Arm Pod on this TT with a Excell MC cart. It's early days and my Grado green is almost new. I shall post how it fares with some of my other players. As you may know, Linear Trackers are supposed to be without any tracking error. Now for some pictures
