Hathway HD Signal Strength and Signal Quality

Hi,
I use Hathway HD HDS200 but normal channels are not so clear as expected.When I checked the menu and found the signal strength is 36% and Signal Quality is 100%. Should I ask the cable operator to improve the signal strength to improve the clarity of the picture.I use 40" LED monitor.What are the options available to improve the signal strength.I found that there are many connections from the same cable I get from the terrace of my appartment which can be the issue.
