Hi all.
New to this forum. Mainly here because am losing touch with electronics and its rapid development :sad:
I realised this when i dropped in to buy a new LCD/LED/Plasma tv. Got bombarded with terms i had never heard of and was totally confused by the different explanations given by sales staff across different stores.
Cross checking on the internet confused me further (for ex- plasma tvs have shorter life span compared to LCD/LED tvs (internet).. while sales staff says.. LCD tv- 30,000 hrs.. plasma- 100000 hrs)
Decided to get to the bottom of all this and joined the forum. Hopefully at some point i can contribute too. :-D
