Yesterday my d2h shows message Signal not available.But today blank screen display.while checking from your earlier mail my quality and strength showing blank.pls advice

It looks like you have a hardware fault like maybe a broken cable connection.
Unfortunately you may not be able to get technical service during lock down.

If you can do it yourself, check if your satellite dish is properly mounted and all the cable connections are okay. But start with the cable connection within your room (check the easy things first). Might be something simple if you are lucky.
