Greetings from Kerala

I am Dr Sankar Das, a practising plastic Surgeon at Kottayam Kerala, with a great passion for audio, both music and Movie. I am currently constructing a house with a dedicated space for home theatre which is my dream from childhood days. I would like to instal the audio part myself with my friend who is an electronic engineer. I look forward to have all the valuable suggestions and advices from you guys, the real knowledgeable and experienced enthusiasts out here in this wonderful platform.

My room is of 13x24 ft
Prefers music and Movies equally
Budget 12L ,can stretch a bit more
Maximum allocation towards audio, minimum to room aesthetics
Planning to have AV seperates

Go with av seperates yamaha cxa5200 nd mx a5200
And svs ultra series speakers

Thanks for the suggestion.
I was thinking of Marantz av 7705 + Emotiva XPA 3 for LCR and two BasX A 500 for the rest
How are they compared to Yamaha.?
SVS ultra towers are too costly for my budget and moreover I would prefer in walls for the surrounds which is not there with SVS
