Hi All,

Feels great to be a part of this forum.

Being born in the late 70s, I had the chance to see (and at times use) the various audio-video systems like:
  • Valve Radios and Spool Tape Recorders
  • Solid State Radios and Spool Tape Recorders
  • 8 Track Tape Players
  • 8 mm Projectors
  • 2-in-1s
  • Walkmans
  • Dictaphones
  • Cassette Players and Decks
  • Amplifiers (Valve and Solid State)
  • Equalizers
  • VCPs / VCRs
  • LD Players
  • CD/DVD Players
  • Gramophones
  • Radiograms
  • Turntables
  • Different Types of Speakers
  • Not sure what else I missed! :)
Coming to my current setup, I have the following:
  • Cosmic Lab 3000 MK-II Amplifier
  • JVC QL-F4 Turntable
  • Sansui A-3100 Amplifier
  • Technics SL-Q300 Turntable
  • Pair of Wall Mounted Custom Built 4-Way Speakers (Having a 12" Bolton Woofer, 6" Philips Mid Range, One Philips Tweeter and One Motorola Super Tweeter)
  • Philips RH590 Amplifier connected to Philips Type 22 RH491 Speakers (Made in Holland back in late 60s / early 70s and still sounds great!)
That's it for now. Looking forward to interacting with you all.

Welcome and I am also travelled in a similar Boat. I have Philips HQ international Speaker boxes, hooked up to Marantz tuner and Yamaha Amp for switching FM in morning, which fills entire home, adding a melody to early morning rush.
