Hi,

I was very happy with my Sony walkman and MP3s and not so happy with my Sony component system till Dec last year when a friend told me about the Linn Christmas FLAC giveaway.

Which led me to experimenting with trying to stream FLAC to PS3 which of course did not work out.

So now I have a WDTVlive and FiiO D03, a brand new membership on HFV, lots of reading on various thread and rekindled interest in good audio.

The next planned move is to add Sonodyne 2605 and a suitable integrated amp to my setup, which means I am also hoping that the January discount happens once again

good to see more folks moving in for quality audio rather than quantity audio.
sonodyne/ wharfedale/tannoy/polk will make you good startup setups paired with decent amps.
