hello; need remote help!

Like many people I am joining here because I have something not working! My SONY BDP s370 remote control suddenly stopped working. I replaced the batteries. Do I need a new remote? If so how can I get one?

If you can't get a replacement remote control, then buy a universal remote control like logitech harmony. These can be programmed to control your BDP.
