Hi everyone!
This is a great forum that I stumbled upon the other day when I was trying to do a recce on some HD AV products.
Good to see an Indian AV forum - gives a more useful flavor when you compare with the foreign forums where people tell you to buy such and such form Home Depot for your easy to do DIY projector screen - Or the best deals at Best Buy!
A little bit about me -
I have been a Gurgaon inhabitant from the last 12 years - in the IT software industry, have been a long time AV/HT buff.
My current setup - that I put together some 6 years ago -
Onkyo TX-SR601
Bose AM-10 Series3 speakers
Philips 5106 DVD Player
Technics SL3200 turntable
Infocus X1 DLP Projector
Tata Sky+
Am looking at diving into Bluray - need lots of upgrading to do - I know.
Was thinking of the PS3 Slim as the BDP, and a Full HD TV. Want 42" at least as am used to the 60+" of screen that I have currently with the projector. But budget may cut it down to 32"
Have been reading a lot around here, and sure am learning a lot about HD.
Thanks everyone for the wonderful effort to make this a great forum!
