I have been a member of AVSforum for a long time. As I am moving to India after a long stay in US, I came across Hifivision while searching for various voltage conversion option for Hi Fi Equipments. So far I have found the discussions very informative on various things. On the personal front I design the algorithms for Video SOCs for a living. Since many of you like the video processing of Oppo BDP-93, I can say they you like lot of my designs 
I am a budget Audio aficionado. My HT system consists of
Marantz 5500 AVR
B&K ST-140 Amp for driving the fronts (Vandersteen 2CE)
Surrounds are Paradigm mini monitors.
For 2 channel system, I use
Cambridge Audio 640A
SOTA Sapphire TT
NAD Vintage receiver as Phono Pre-amp
Marantz CC4300 CD Player/Apple Itune Express as source
Wharfedale 8.2 Diamond
