I’ve inherited a Fisher RS-1056E stereo receiver
The lights turn on but no audio comes out and the fm and am meters don’t move.
Two fuses that are blown( I’ve tried replacing them but they blew again). There is crudy yellow stuff around what I guess are capacitors.
