I contact you because i need download the firmware for my receveir HT-R380 (receiver from HT-S3300 HTiB)
But the problem i can't download this firmware on website ONKYO because i m be only customer,the staff of Onkyo have ask me "Unfortunately we can't send this firmware to an non-Onkyo USA customer; the firmware update is only available at an authorized service center. "
Can you help me for send this firmware please?
I need repair my receveir with this firmware
