Help locating Hardware Vendors for Manipal

Hello friends,

I need some help in locating hardware vendors for Manipal. My son wants to buy a 22" HD LCD monitor, but is finding it difficult to get one there.

I understand Manipal/Udupi may not have too many shops but is Mangalore an option? Or should I just simply order one online (Lynx, maybe). The trouble with online stores is the possibility of getting a lemon and then the dance around the trees for getting a replacement!

There are many electronics shops in Mangalore where he can get the LCD and carry it back to Manipal as it is only 2 hours away. There are some options in Udupi tough like the Big Bazaar , Harsha,etc
