Help me Choose a 32" budget LED TV !

Hello All,
A big Hello to all the wonderfull and knowledgeable members of the forum.I am from Bhubaneswar Odisha and looking to buy a 32 "LED Tv for bedroom.Following are my needs

1-My budget is within Rs 40K and I would like to purchase a TV with manufacturer warranty (There are no grey markets in my city)
2-USB play back is a must supporting upto 1 TB external HDD and most movie formats
3-Internet and 3D is not required .
4-Should not have motion blur while playing games in X box.
5-The viewing distance is around 8-10 feet

Based on my research I had shorlisted the following

1-Samsung UA32D4000N - Rs 36000
2-Samsung UA32D5000 -Rs 40000
3-Panansonic TH-L32X30D-Rs 30500
4-Sony -KDL-32EX420 -Rs 40000

Please suggest me the model to chose from the above,if there are other good models you are welcome .

I think you should go with Samsung. AFA codex support is concerned, samsung tv's are best. Aldo samsung has a history of making great LED tv's
