help me to choose led b/w 45-50k

hi friends,
i want to buy led tv of size 40 inch,, which company will be good among sony and samsung, my budget is 45-50 thousand inr, and it should have wifi connection,, please suggest me some models,,, till now i choosed sony's 40w600b ,, is it good?

i would choose sony over samsung anyday and yes 40w600b is a good choice,i am going through the same dilemma IMO you should also consider LG and panasonic.as far as the wifi connection is concerned, if you are ready to let go of the feature you can actually get a better sized product and any LED TV nowadays can be converted to a smart tv by using an HDMI cable,well most of them can atleast, if that is the reason want a wifi enabled set.
