Help Needed: Projector within 50K

My friend is planning a home theatre in his under construction home. He needs help in deciding the projector.
The projector should be full HD and of decent quality. The picture should be visible enough under dim lighting. He has a budget of 50K for
the projector. He is also willing to spend more if there is any suitable option for a 4k projector provided such a projector is within 1 L.
The projector will be placed approximately 10 feet away from the wall. 3-D won't be a criteria.

I asked my friend to be more specific about the lighting
conditions. He said that the room is going to be completely dark
when he is watching movies. But, he also plans to have parties in that room.
So he would want to play some content like music videos on the screen while
the room is fairly lit.
