I am looking for 1:2 hdmi splitter. Can anyone suggest which model/make to buy and from where? I am open to purchase it online.

Is there a difference in PQ/SQ when using powered splitter when compared to regular ones? Please share your experiences, if any?

The powered ones use electronic switching.
There shouldn't be any difference between the two types.
