Help! Suggestions for an LED TV.

I am in the process of buying an LED TV. Please suggest your recommendations for the following requirements

1. Size (46 50 inch)
2. No need of smart features (Wi-Fi, apps etc.)
3. Picture quality has to be good and so does the refresh rate (ex: for sports)
4. 2D is enough
5. 1080P
6. Better sound quality is preferred
