Help with setting up a HT

Am planning to buy an HT, but first time for me and not much idea.

I have understood there are three types:
1. Sound Bars
2. HTiB
3. Components - AVR + Speakers

My requirements are:
1. Room is 15x20 feet, with another L-shaped 8x8 part.
2. Am not an audio/video-phile, so a "decent" system for music/movies.
3. Would prefer wireless systems to avoid wires for rear speakers.
4. Budget around 25-30K

My qs:
1. Apart from Philips, who all makes sound bars, any reviews on that.
2. Any other suggestions on how to start

Go with yamaha... Sound quality will be superior than other brands... Reliability no one can even come near to that...
