Hi I'm Dovin from Mumbai. I'm setting up a HT system using some old speakers I had from US for a long tie - but kept in storage for want of space. Now its time to dust them and set them up. I'm very very happy to find an active indian AV forum with so many experts. Looking forward to some good learning.

I have very old speakers. I had a nice setup in US with

- Martin Logan Stylos as FL and FR.
- Martin Logan Cinema as Center Speaker.
- Hsu TN1220 HO Subwoofer with 500 W Amp
- Magnepan MMG for Surrounds
- Yamaha DSP A1 Receiver.

I also had a 62" back projection TV (forgot brand) and a Pioneer DVD player.

Then I moved to India to a small 2 bedroom flat on rental, so I had them (except the TV and DVD player) shipped to India and put in storage for 10 years!!

Now I have my own place with some decent space in the living room, so after a long time I'm taking them out and trying to set it up. I'm not even sure if they are in working condition. I have ordered a Constant Voltage Transformer to get 110 volt supply. I should get it in 2 weeks time. Then to test each and see what works and so on.

Some concerns about the 50Hz v/s 60Hz supply for the Amps.
