NO WAY!! If anyone is offering you a 2 year old TV @ 33K then he is no friend. Put in a few more thousand and you can get a 42" plasma NEW.

Welcome to HFV buddy, and i agree with " shredder " you should try to look at the Panasonic X20 its 42" and costs about 37k and comes with 3 yrs warranty on the other hand your friends panel is 2 yrs old and hence lesser life and chances of failure high. put in 4k extra and get a new one
