I have faced a wierd issue one where I was not able to see the "Send Private message" option. It was WIERD, but when I switched to browser to Internet Explorer I was able to.

Welcome to HFV!

If you are knowing persons name ( who has more than 10 postings here) then just click over that you will get menu to send PM. Otherwise use "user CP" link at left side of menu. You will get column at left which has link "Send new message". For PM I think you must have >10 postings.

Strange.. See below..

You will get column at left which has link "Send new message". For PM I think you must have >10 postings.
