Home Theater in Box under 30k

Hi Friends,

I am planning to buy a home theater under the price range of Rs.30,000(Max).
I had couple of demo's on Onkyo 3500 (Rs.26k) and was pretty happy with that.
I also came to know from my friends that Denon 1312XP is good aswell and there is hardly any difference between the two models.
My primary purpose is going to be Movies & Songs.

This is going to be my first Home Theater system and very anxious. Please help me choose a good home theater system. I have not explored the mix and match concept.

Please let me know if there is any other better models available aswell.

you can add onkyo 4505 as well. it costs around 33k, 1k more than denon 1312xp(without bargaining)
