Home theatre to build slowly

I'm new to thread, would like to build home theatre slowly what would be the suggestions. Also I have imagined front tower speakers for the setup. So would like to go with tower speakers and a amp/avr within 30k. Any suggestions pls

Post your budget, room size, preference and results of your search so far.

You won't get a good tower speaker and avr for that budget unless it's used.
A good 7.1 Avr can easily cost 40 to 65K
