How much tonnage capacity required?

Hi,
I am going to buy 2 split acs. Want to buy 1 inverter and another normal 5 star.
1. Room size = L10.5ft x W10.2ft x H10ft - west facing, with 2 glass windows(25sq ft, on at the west) - finalized an inverter(sharp/panasonic)

2.Room size = L12.5ft x W10ft x H10ft - does not get direct sunlight, 2 window around 40sq ft. finalized LG 5 star.

Rooms are on the top floor.
Now dilemma comes about the tonnage required. Should I go for 1.5T ot 1T. Outer temperature goes around 42C sometimes.
Please help me to decide abount tonnage req.
Want to buy as soon as possible.

thanks for ur reply, I went through some ton calculation websites. Some saying 1T and some 1.5T. So I am confused. One major thing is that roof is above the floor. I think my room size comes at the edge of 1T and start of 1.5T capacity. So want to fix it as soon as possible.

1T inverter will have no problem in room no. 1.

In room no. 2, you can try the new sharp 1.1T inverter.. If you want to go normal, go for 1.5T for safety.

You will need the 1.5T option to effectively cool the room in my opinion.
In Hyderabad where the temperature is about 42 a 1T does not work for a room of your size.

The real cost of an AC is not the initial cost of the payment. Its the electricity bill you pay every month you use the AC. When you have a little more capacity the unit runs more efficiently and cools the room also more effectively.

opting inverter ac for bedroom as running will be continuous and non inverter for living room, where sometime will run continuously for hours.
1.1T sharp inverter and LG 1.5T 3star is fixed as of now.
