For past 4 hours i am trying to configure my FRONTECH JOYSTCIK to work in XBMC but not succeeded .having windows 7 installed in my PC.
Also tries reading forums of XBMC but not succeeded
please help

What you tried? What error you get? What model of the joystick? Some Frontech supports only XP, Vista.
Do you have the joystick driver for the OS? You have not mentioned what you tried. Anyway apart from the xbmc forums, did you check this here http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2109218
This guy got his working. Probably you can try this.

i have connected my FRontech fantasy pad model:JL-1736 vai USB and i have enabled the the game pad controller in peripherals in XBMC but still not able to control it using the the controller

You need to use a software called eventghost. What it does is it can map keypress of other wireless or infrared devices to keyboard keystrokes. Thus you can configure your frontech joystick presses to keyboard keypresses and XBMC wont know the difference. Eventghost must be running in background for this to happen. also have a look at this thread Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows - XBMC

you can also use a wireless keyboard with arrow keys. I've RII Mini i8 keyboard for HTPC
