HT for Tatasky HD

Hi guys,
I am looking for a good HT which is compatible with tata sky,xbox and movie playing for hdd/usb.

I have 42 in Screen and there is a 6-7 feet distance from tv to sofa/chairs.

I want a speakers which have good bass and my budget is around 40k ,can stretch a bit if needed.

At that budget, take any beginner level HT from onkyo/denon/pioneer/yamaha. Will suffice.

+1 to HTIB from Onkyo or Yamaha, especially for TV/movie content.

Apart from multiple HDMI and digital inputs watch out for inclusion of features like 4K passthrough, inbuilt wireless and/or bluetooth (or at least ethernet), and USB.

These are the features that I use the most, especially accessing content from a variety of sources and wireless streaming using smartphones and tablets.

I wud say go and audition at least 4-5 different HT systems and then make your decision. I was initially biased to buy yahama system but ended buying a JBL system. So make your decision only after audition but not just bcz of others suggestion.
