HX750 issue..

A very minute thing, but has been bothering me.

I can't see the SONY logo on startup of my hx750 like I generally do... Is this normal?

I guess the Logo normally lighten up when you don't switch off the TV from remote and then switch on the power button... ( I haven't tried it, but this is my observation for my Sony TV )..otherwise TV just starts without glowing the logo.

I tried a factory reset, and the problem got even worse. I cant access tata sky now. Getting a blank screen on hdmi 1 and the default analog screen is making that irritating noise ( was completely silent before the reset).

This is pretty frustrating

There is a settings to display the logo. IIRC, it will show the logo only when started from a full power off state.

Yes, that's right. Nothing to worry about. Sony logo will not be shown if you switch off your TV with the remote and then turn off the switch.

Does it really matter whether the logo shows up at power-up or not?

Logo on startup is turned on in settings...

I'm getting a blank screen (2-3seconds) followed by the picture on start up (from stand by as well as when unplugged from the power source)

Normally it wouldn't bother me. But since I could see the logo before and now there is a blank screen, its bothering me :|
