Hybrid Amplifier Bluetooth USB-DAC - TAGA Harmony HTA-700B v.2

I am collecting information as thinking to buy amp (prefer hybrid having glass tube preamp) and DAC. Cam across TAGA Harmony HTA-700B v.2 Hybrid Amplifier Bluetooth USB-DAC. This has both in one box, very small size and costing around 33K.
Good reviews at seller's site as well. Statements in reviews are tempting
Does DAC quality as good as at least mid level DAC? i.e. SMSL sanskrit

This was displayed with demo at one shop in Hyderabad. Connected basic tower speakers. Was in hurry so just listened for couple of min.

Any experience on this or any hybrid approach. Samy way maverick audio also glass tube hybrid product like DAC+preamp.

What is general opinion of hybrid architecture i.e. Tubs+Transistors? any Pros and cons.
Are there any good DIY kits available for hybrid amp?

I think price was around 22K. They have only this one as display. Since this was 6 months ago, they might have added something in display.
I am planning to revisit them, would update if I find somethig more.
