Hi, I'm very new to this site and to forums generally, so please forgive me if I breach any etiquette. I have recently bought a beautiful NAD hi-fi system, comprising a 502 CD player, a 302 amp and a 402 tuner, and I can't get the tuner to work. It's an absolutely immaculate system and everything else works perfectly.
I have purchased one of those coaxial (female) aerials which fits into the socket on the back, and I can see the tuner is scrolling through all the wavelengths just fine, but all I'm getting is white noise. Do I need another antenna to go into the other plugs on the back of the unit, in order to make it work? I could really use some advice if possible.
