If you are looking specifically for HTIB then you can go for this Philips HTIB

Its little overpriced (~42k) but it comes with a Bluray Player, Floor standing speakers and can decode HD - Audio.

hey dude, listn 2 wot evry1 is suggestn, but i think unless u go 2d stores, xplore yer options (both monetarily n sound quality wise) its of no use also set yer priority wot u want- music or movie more!!
my suggestn- go 4a gud, basic AVR n JBL speakers, im usin it- awesome.dont believe me, xperience it by yerslf-all the best.
n also let us kno wot u buy...
