Hi,

I have Samsung Series 4 32 LCD TV. I prefer to watch TV mostly with headphone. My TV my does not have a dedicated Headphone jack. Instead, there is an audio out (3.5 mm stereo) to which I have connected the headphone (while keeping the TV speaker Vol to minimum). Some programmes/DVDs volume is a bit lowbut if I increase the TV volume, the TV SPEAKER vol increases, not the headphone's.
How can I increase the headphone volume? Using an Amplifier? if yes, which type is preferable?

Thanking you,
Jose

1) See if in your settings audio output can be set as Variable - Instead of fixed....that will sort out changing volue level
2) There are small headphone amps available which are portable and having chargable battery
check hifimart

BTW long back I found that wireless headphones have a small amp and sometimes that is sufficient.. and there are cheap wireless HP available ( by intex and other it brands) for Rs 800-900 - see in case of you it helps...

PLEASE POST YOUR "EXPERIMENTS AND OUTCOMES" FOR BENEFIT OF ALL.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I am from Thiruvalla, Kerala.

Does Infrared Wireless Headphones also have an amplifying transmitter as RF ones? IR seems to be the cheaper ones.
