Price wise it is a good deal. But the issue with dealer warranty is "what happens if the dealer folds up?". It happens with the very well established dealers also. For instance, there used to be a multi-brand, mutli-goods dealer in Pune (Dass & Co) which was forced to shut down because of many irregularities.

dealers like solar digital have been selling tv for less .
it is like not getting any warranty..
come on no one will send the tv to DELHI (many dealers are operating from palika bazaar) or the dealer place for repair .
many ebay dealers block money for 30 days etc play game with fake awb no until they get tv from bangkok , you call many times , mail .. instead of entering to such pains
always use local gray market if you can.
